GOOD MORNING NEVERLAND!!
So transfers is on its way and me and elder Pruner only had one together sadly. I will miss him but he is moving on to bigger and better things. He will be a great missionary. So that leaves me in pyeungteck with a bouncy baby brat^^ I don't know who he is yet but he is on his way, come tomorrow and ill be a daddy again!!
So this week has been a slower one for us. Me and elder Pruner have a slight cold, so we have been inside a lot and haven't been out too much. Because of the cold, snow, and ice...its everywhere!! but when we have the chance we get outside and do some things^^ we taught English class and elder Pruner did a great job with teaching that and i shared a quick message about Jesus Christ. A less-active came to church because of it, at least i like to think that.
We have been fed well this week. One of our investigators took all of us out to a buffet and sadly because of my cold i couldn't eat much, but i sure tried.^^ then our ward mission leader took us out to a meat buffet and thus repeats the same story^^ Oh and during that time i accidentally left the phone in one of the taxis and luckily enough the guy was nice enough to bring it back without demanding money...
So this week is elder Atkins last week in the mission. Seeing that he will be home soon, me and elder Pruner decided to make his last week miserable^^ so every night we have come home before them, killed the power, dressed in black and played old Korean music when they came home we shot them with Nerf guns. We have so far gotten elder Atkin to run into a sliding door and we have shot him 100 pulse times...yes maturity for the win^^
We also did the troops for trash again and we brought all the missionaries out to that and we did WORK. Elder Pruner talked with lady i talked with before and we invited her out to English class and church we think she is ready^^ Definitely a great time and we definitely built some mad friendships.
So Sunday was interesting... We had a day full of miracles and blessings! lots of members brought friends and a couple of less actives showed up and we even got an investigator there!! The investigator Mr. Jeong was a past "gator" and wants to be baptimized!! So we will work on him i get him into the waters of repentance!! So during all of that the adversary decided to through in some of his blessings...during sacrament meeting one of our less-actives whom i have never seen stumbled into the church and almost left immediately after church. I found out later that he is slightly crippled,slightly deaf and a kleptomaniac. How we found out that out was because during church i looked into my bag and found the lack of all my money...I looked at my companion and told him "I have been robbed" and he thought i was joking until he looked into his wallet and found the lack of his funds as well. We were at loss and so we told our bishop and they brought up the secret cameras(not secret at all) and we watched the play back, and saw quite clearly what happened. So right now, we are not sure we will get the money back, but the mission is figuring something out, and the ward is calling headquarters to see what needs to be done. So yeah...i was robbed by a handicapped guy^^
Other than that tad bit of lame i am hoping that all will go well with me greenie and i see some great work for us in the future^^
